Relating to that quote

So I had an interesting parallel from a reading in another class and I think it really does a great job of connecting the idea of all art trying to be like music. I think I'm attaching the file at the bottom, but we'll see. It's an excerpt from a dissertation on Caroline Shaw's "Partita for 8 voices" concerning part of her inspiration for the piece.
